The closing date for ticket sales is 20th February 2026.

Ticket price will be refunded by way of:

Licensees: a voucher code to use against purchase of books or royalties, following attendance at the meeting.

Tutors: refund to the card used for payment.

There will be no refunds for anyone cancelling or withdrawing from the meeting after the 20th February 2026.
